WebI just found the solution for this, in windows 10, go to Setting -> Display -> Windows HD color settings, use the HDR/SDR brightness balance slider to adjust and your SDR content will look less yellowish when the slider goes higher. It's not adaptive display either Interestingly, if the yellow tint appears, shifting my brightness bar to less than 20% brightness returns the screen to normal (though it's too dark for me to use normally).
